Das betrifft nicht nur die IT-, Pflege- und Handwerksbranche, sondern ist ein generelles Problem. Eine Besserung der Lage ist aktuell noch nicht in Sicht.<br \/>In diesem Kontext tritt auch immer wieder der Begriff des Employer Branding auf. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Entwicklung einer Arbeitgeber:innenmarke, um sich und die Unternehmensvorteile attraktiv f\u00fcr Bewerber:innen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu platzieren und um sich vom Wettbewerb abzugrenzen. Was viele dabei vergessen, Employer Branding betrifft nicht nur potenzielle Arbeitnehmer:innen, sondern auch die aktuellen Mitarbeitenden des Unternehmens. Es geht hierbei um die Zufriedenheit und Bindung der Mitarbeitenden, aber auch um ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und der Schaffung einer angenehmen Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re.<br \/><br \/>Die Arbeitgeber:innenmarke ist dabei keine eigenst\u00e4ndige Marke, sondern ein Teil der Unternehmensmarke. Idealerweise stimmen Unternehmenswerte und Arbeitgeber:innenwerte im Kern \u00fcberein. Das Image der beiden Marken z\u00e4hlt auf die Wahrnehmung und Positionierung des Unternehmens ein. Deshalb ist es in beiden F\u00e4llen das Ziel, eine positive Assoziation zu erzeugen, um sich somit vom Wettbewerb abzuheben.<br \/>Die Basis eines erfolgreichen Au\u00dfenauftritts ist also die Bindung und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden.
